COW CARE

ISKCON Daiva Varnasrama Ministry (promoting rural development in India)is delighted to announce the commencement of a new Varnasrama course in Cow Care.

This exciting opportunity for devotees in Introduction to animal husbandry includes Grazing techniques and calf care among other subjects.

This course will be held yearly by the ISKCON Daiva Varnasrama Ministry in Mayapur and is free to attending.

The aim of this course is to raise the standard of farming and cow care, through the reintroduction of the Vedic system in the broader community, while reinvigorating the existing Goshalas.

Among many speakers, we are proud to have special guest speakers, Dr’s Sri Kumar and Sri Kula whom both share vast extensive careers in Veterinary services.

Devotees with current service obligations need not worry about time restraints, as attendees may choose between courses ranging from 1 day through to 6 days in duration.

ISKCON recognizes a dire need in today’s modern world for training in these subjects and urges all devotees to attend.

The organization of such an event has proven to be both time consuming and expensive.

We therefore take this time to humbly ask for donations toward the following expenses.
